YOUR TESTIMONY

The testimony of a sinner become saint through Jesus Christ is one of the greatest tools in evangelism. No one can refute a drug addict calling on the name of the Lord and being instantly delivered. Nor can they push aside the testimony of someone with no future at all becoming a mighty minister for God. All testimonies of God's power to save from sin, death, and sickness bring glory to His Holy name and strike joy in the hearts of believers.
Psalms 107:2
2 Let the redeemed of the LORD say so, whom he hath redeemed from the hand of the enemy;
The redeemed of the Lord ought to say so! We should not back down from telling the world of the glory of our God and of His wrath on sin.
We overcome the accuser of our brethren, the devil, by the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony! Our testimony is powerful! You may say, "But I was raised in a Christian home and repented at an early age. I do not have much of a testimony." This is wrong. One of the greatest testimonies is that of God's keeping power and in that one did not have to go through all sin before repenting and believing on the Lord. Also, we all have a testimony in testifying of the word of God! We can testify to its age abiding truths forever.Revelation 12:10-11
10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
We should be joyful and filled with much gladness to give our testimony and to testify of the grace and glory of God. Let us always take every opportunity that we can to glorify God through our testimony and be blessed by the reading and hearing of others testimonies!
